About El Rafisa Road Contracting

El Rafisa was established in 2023 as Sadek Investment Group’s specialized company in road construction and infrastructure development. Within its first years of operation, the company has delivered projects exceeding AED 500 million, supported by a fleet of more than 100 specialized machines and equipment.

That pace is possible because of what sits behind it. El Rafisa builds roads with aggregate from the Group’s own quarry, delivered by the Group’s own fleet; a position no independent contractor of comparable age could hold.

Today the company delivers road, infrastructure, and drainage projects supporting public infrastructure and development across the United Arab Emirates, built to the engineering standards these works demand.
