Dar Al Omran represents Sadek Investment Group’s established real estate presence in Syria, where the Group began its development activities in 2007. Over the years that followed, the company delivered 21 residential and commercial projects in strategic locations around Damascus.

Its portfolio is concentrated close to the capital, with 10 projects within 8 km of the city centre and 11 projects within 12 km locations chosen for connectivity, established infrastructure, and sustained residential demand.
